Resume & Experience

for John Wayne Hill

Principal Product Designer

I design AI and agentic products, and I ship them in working code. 0-to-1 launches, novel interaction patterns, and a craft bar I set by example. I've been trusted to build and lead teams, and I use that trust to make the work better, not to step away from it. I leave things better than I found them, in products (grew AncestryDNA from <1M to 22M+) and in craft. Intuit, Twitter, Ancestry, 16+ years.
